New condition industrial gas fired steam boilers and fire tube steam boiler for Laundry
WNS series industrial gas fired steam boilers are horizontal three pass fire tube wet back full automatic steam boiler. It normally suitable for 0.5t/h to 20ton/h capacity. According to different fuels, gas boilers can be divided into natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coke oven gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers.
1.Condensation technology
The economizer and condenser are installed at the tail of industrial gas fired steam boilers to fully absorb the residual heat in the flue gas, and the fire tube steam boiler efficiency has been greatly improved.
2.High thermal efficiency
The condenser can reduce the exhaust temperature of the boiler to 50~70 °C, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 92%.
3.Widely application
Condensing gas boiler can be widely used in hotels, schools, hospitals, textile factories, canteens, restaurants, food factories, pharmaceutical factories, packaging plants, building materials factories, swimming pools, etc.
4.Long life
The use of a high-strength furnace greatly reduces the expansion stress of the furnace and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
5.Fully combustion
The furnace has a full corrugated furnace structure, which increases the radiation heat transfer area and makes the fuel burn more fully.
6.Fuel adaptability
The fire tube steam boiler has a large combustion chamber volume and can be fully adapted to various fuels such as city gas, natural gas, light diesel oil and heavy oil.
7.Reliable quality
The welding technology is advanced, the welding quality is very high, and the qualified rate of flaw detection is over 99.99%.
8.Less pollution
The method of micro-positive pressure combustion has a small amount of pollutants in the flue gas.
